Your files will be printed as-is on the equipment that is available. Please request to see a proof, if you are concerned about how your order will look. Contact print@pugetsound.edu with any questions.
Special Tip: Remember to make sure that your PDF is the correct size for your poster. If the file is sized incorrectly, you may have large margins on two sides of your poster. Open your PDF and let the mouse hover in the lower left corner to make the file size appear. All files must be saved as a PDF for printing. There is a Rush Fee. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order by the requested time. However, it may not be possible due to the volume of jobs being processed. We will contact you if we expect any problems fulfilling your order on time.
Requesting a proof approval may increase turnaround time. We will need 1-2 business days to process your full order after approval has been received.
We will leave your order in covered lockers towards the rear of our office. This is a public location, so we recommend picking up your order as soon as you are able.
We will email you when your order is read for pick up. You can stop by our office to pick up your order anytime during our summer walk-in hours (Mon-Fri; 10am-4pm).
Shipping via USPS will incur additional postage fees. We will contact you to verify and approve additional costs prior to completing your order.
