An "About" box should display the LAUNCH! Web Helper version number.
If a download window pops up instead, then the Helper is not installed or was installed incorrectly.

If your Web browser gives an error after clicking the Test button, then

You don't have the LAUNCH! Web Helper installed, or
Your Web browser hasn't been configured to work with the Helper.
