Configuring your web browser to work with the LAUNCH! Web Helper

Question: "Why can't I use the helper with my web browser?"

When the LAUNCH! Web Helper is installed it configures your web browsers to work with it. Sometimes this configuration can go awry. There are a few ways to fix it.

Have the helper train the web browsers again

  1. Quit any running web browsers and then run the LAUNCH! Web Helper.
  2. Go into Edit > Preferences (Mac) or Tools > Options (Windows) and click the Train button.
