When the LAUNCH! Web Helper or PDF2u print driver wants to connect you to our website it tells your operating system where to go. Then your operating system uses the web browser that's configured as the default to get there. See the following on how to change your default web browser.

Windows Internet Explorer
From within Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs (tab)
Check the box that says Internet Explorer should check to see whethor it is the default web browser.

Macintosh OSX
From within Safari, go to Safari > Preferences > General (panel)
Set your 'Default Web Browser' in the pull down menu.
