To sign up, click on the “New to our site…sign up             . Enter your Clarkson e-mail address and your Clarkson password or you may create a new one.  Complete the Profile, Address (please use your campus department and box number as your address) and campus phone number.  Enter the security characters and click on the sign up button.

Once signed in you will see three form options:   Duplicating Work Request, Mailing Request Form, and a Duplicating Paper Order Form.

Copying requests:   Click on the Duplicating work request - complete the job information portion (drop down menus have been provided for your convenience) and the requester portion of the form. Click the +Add files button and attach the document you wish to have duplicated.   Any special instructions should be typed in the comments section. (Please double check your requests before you submit - once your job is moved to production, it will be locked and no further changes can be made.  If you do need to make changes or remove a request after it has been locked, please contact Duplicating at x6422). Click the Place Order button on the left side under the date needed box.  Please sign out, once you have placed your order.

A pop up will appear letting you know your order is complete and provide you with a job number and a few other options.  (Please save or make note of the job number as all job tracking is performed by job number.)

Mailing Requests:  This form is used to request assistance with the processing of mailings.  If you require the mailing inserts to be duplicated, please fill out a duplicating work request form as well.  

Complete the requester and mailing insert portions of the form.  Choose your mailing class, and envelope size. Attach your Excel address file and type in specific instructions as needed (Please note:  For extremely large files that may not upload we have an alternate means of submitting your data.  There is a Duplicating PO Box located on the G: drive that is used for address file submission. Contact Duplicating if you need access to the G: drive for your mailing).  Click on the Add to Cart button on the left under the mailing date. This will take you to your shopping cart where you can review the job information you have inputted. To submit your request, you must click the checkout button and then the place order button.    Sample mailing pieces are required for mailing weight and category purposes; please submit them via intercampus mail to Duplicating at Box 5552.

Paper Order Form:  Use this form to purchase colored or specialty paper stock from Duplicating. Users can add multiple papers to their cart and check them all out at once (like shopping on Amazon).

 

Please note:  Standard white copier paper should be ordered from centralsupply@clarkson.edu.   There is a fillable order form located in the upper right hand corner of the Central Supply website http://internal.clarkson.edu/business_services/Central%20Supply/index.html) that you can copy and save to your desk top for use on future orders from Central Supply.
