COPYRITE FORMS/DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Large enough to Manage & Warehouse your entire forms and document inventory / Small enough to provide personal care and attention OVERVIEW: This program will eliminate inventory level worries, storage headaches, and acheive cost savings based on volume buying & labor savings. STEP 1: Copyrite and the client’s staff will: · Establish a Master List of all forms and documents currently in use · Estimate the yearly usage for each item (based on previous orders) · Note the current costs for each item
STEP 2: Copyrite will provide a proposal detailing the following benefits of a Forms/Document Management program: · Eliminate duplication of effort at different locations and divisions · Simplified central ordering process · Off site warehousing - storage savings · Central distribution · Time & Labor savings · Printing Cost Savings
STEP 3: Upon acceptance of the proposal we will: · Obtain the current inventory levels of each item · Develop an inventory of all items at Copyrite · If applicable, provide ordering kits to all locations or divisions that will be ordering · Process orders promptly · Distribute to location promptly · Continually monitor levels of warehoused forms and documents · Notify when reorders of warehoused stock are necessary · Establish a usage history for each form and document for optimum ordering efficiency For more information call Bob Clinton at 586-774-0006 |
