Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Printmark Services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will gladly process any eligible returns.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If your product was delivered, we will pick it up at no cost to you. If you received your order via a third-party shipping service, you will be required to ship back the product. Printmark Services will cover the cost of the return shipment. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds will only be processed when:
- Product content differs from the final proof approved by the customer.
- Product content differs from original files provided where no proof was required.
- Physical specifications of the product do not match with those on the approved order.
- Product is physically damaged/defective on receipt.
