Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

How do I place an order?

• Go to website and create an account: www.myorderdesk.com/uindy
• Know your departments billing code, for when you fill out an online order form

What kind of digital files do you accept?

• We accept PDF files only. Please always check your files before uploading them. If you need help converting a word or image to a pdf please visit the 'Tutorials' page: click here

Can I email in my order?

• We highly recommend you use the online ordering portal as it covers 90% of all copy requests. Going through email will delay your job

What is your turn around?

Standard Turn-around*(see qualifications below in orange)

• Print orders submitted prior to noon on any business day will be ready for pick up by no later than noon the following business day
  • Example: Order submitted at 11am on Monday, ready by noon on Tuesday
• Print orders submitted after noon on any business day will be ready for pick up by no later than noon in two business days
  • Example: Order submitted at 2pm on Monday, ready by noon on Wednesday
• Print orders submitted Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be ready for pick up no later than noon on Tuesday
• Walk-in service with immediate turn around, will not be available

Orders that consist of complex reproduction techniques or that require a proof or additional bindery will require additional time. The overall production time will be communicated to you by Moeller Printing based on the project requirements.

*Standard Print Order: Less than 250 sheets that require no more than a corner staple, hole punch, or collation printed on standard paper.**

** = If your job is not within the scope it will take addtional time.

Turn-Time Estimator

If turn time will take longer than either of these schedules: Moeller Printing will communicate to the customer as early as possible and the customer will need to be on the look-out for an email or phone call.

* = Standard Print Order: Less than 250 sheets that require no more than a corner staple, hole punch, or collation printed on standard paper

** = Complex Order: Additional finishing orders needing moreoptions or higher qty, depending on qty or request may require additional day(s)

Where and when can I pick-up my job?

• All orders will be available for pick up in Esch Hall 046 between: Monday thru Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
• You will receive an email notification indicating that your order is ready to be picked up.
• Doors may be closed when the Business Mail Office is closed.
• Delivery to office front desks or via interoffice mail will not be available.

What if I only teach at night or can’t make it during pick-up hours?

• We recommend you ask someone else to pick it up for you
