  • Name Badge/Wall Plate Ordering Process

     

    Name Tags are provided by ASAPid

    Turn time for these items from ASAP is 1 to 2 weeks

    ASAPid has an online web form for you to type in your order request. They are phasing out the use of turning in pdf/doc forms.

    For the section for notification: We suggest choosing a primary person in your department to notify.

    Moeller Printing will NOT know the details or status of your job and does NOT make these items.

    They will ship your name tag to UIndy Copy Center pickup location for pickup.

    We cannot make any substitutions on the badges.

    The badge is the approved layout to be used campus wide.

    Note: Your order may take 1 to 3 weeks or longer depending on request.
