There are thousands of computer applications in use around the world and each application saves files in a different format.
This presents a unique challenge to printers and file compatibility related problems do occur as a result.
To minimize these potential problems and for best portability the PDF format is preferred.
When creating your PDF files we ask that you use the "PDF/X-4:2008" settings if it is available.
If this setting is not available we recommend using Press Quality or Commercial Quality settings.
If your software does not offer any of these options, or you cannot save/print to a PDF file please contact us.
