• Capitol Blue Print works hard to deliver high quality printing with fast turnaround. Rush fees are used for orders that exceed our normal turnaround. This requires prioritizing orders ahead of jobs already set in our schedule.
• A fee of 10% will apply to Next Business Day orders. A fee of 25% will apply to Same Day Service.
• Jobs received after 5:00 pm will be considered the next business day. Orders placed over weekend hours will not be processed until 8:00 am on Monday.
• "Rush Order" requests may not be available on all products and/or services, including (but not limited to) design/set up & envelope printing.
• Orders cannot be printed and shipped until an approval is given. Delay in proof approval of your item(s) will equally delay the printing and shipment of your order.
