When you need Postcards in a large quanity, let us Offset Print it for you with Digital Plates. Prices as low as 4.3¢ for a 2 sided 4" x 6" Full Color Postcard on 14 Pt C2S with UV Gloss coating.
For a more stronger impact choose Spot UV instead. Spot UV can provide a premium result when highlighting a logo, image or bold type by applying these areas with a gloss varnish for a more creative result. "UV" or "Spot UV" is applied similar to the way ink is applied. UV Varnish is printed over the top of what has already been printed. Spot UV is available only on Silk Laminate stock.
Paper Options: 14 Pt C2S (Coated 2 Side Cover), 16 Pt Matte Cover, 16 Pt Premium Uncoated Cover & 16 Pt Silk Laminate Cover.
EDDM Mailers: EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) Eligible Postcards are available in 14 Pt C2S in sizes 6.25" x 9" and 6.25" x 11". EDDM basic requirement: more than 11.5 inches long or more than 6 1/8 inches high, flat-sized piece.
Production Time: Production Time for Full Color Offset Press work is dependent on Paper Selection. 5-6 working days for 14 Pt C2S, 6-7 working days for Matte & Uncoated Covers & 7-8 working days for Silk Laminate. Please add 2 business days for "Spot UV". If you need a large quantity of Postcards but you need some in a hurry, consider ordering a small quntity from the color copies section and the rest in Offset Printing.
Bleed Setup: If you require Bleeds (print to the edge) your artwork should allow for Bleeds. Your artwork should be .125" larger on all sides (which will allow for 1/8" bleeds on all sides).
If your artwork is not setup for Bleeds and you require Bleeds, please select YES in the "Adjust for Bleeds" pop-up on the order form to the right.
Note: Save as pdf from your desktop program and submit files. You can also save as jpg or png and submit files (save in 300 dpi resolution).
Please setup in CMYK format. Color variations will occur if files are in RGB format.
For Spot UV all files must be in pdf. When supplying final artwork which requires Spot UV, an “extra file” should also be provided which contains only the “Spot UV” elements.
ALL FILES other than "pdf" requires a proof to be approved, UNLESS "no proof required" is mentioned in notes. Allow an extra day for proof.
