This document is the complete text. It serves as a teaching resource and a base document for the other available resources. In it, we explore integral ecology and the key principles discussed in Pope Francis’ encyclical, Laudato si’. We propose how Minnesotans might translate these principles into our present situation. Laudato si’, which some assume is focused only on the environment, also applies to many other aspects of our life. Some of the ideas presented here may be new or challenging, for Catholics and non-Catholics alike.
