CCS Printing Terms of Service

Selecting this option signifies that you agree to our return/refund policies.

Cancellation/Return/Refund Policies
No Proof-Voids our refund policy. You may return your job to CCS Printing within three business days at which point we will re-print your job at no cost. However, you agree to pay for all shipping charges for both the return work and the reprinted job.

Electronic or Hard Copy Proof-You may return your job to CCS Printing within three business days at which point you can either receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee and applicable shipping charges. Or you may request to have your job re-printed at no additional cost. The customer agrees to pay for all shipping charges for the original order, the return order, and for the re-printed order.

Cancellations-Orders may not be cancelled unless CCS has not prepared files for printing and you have not been sent a proof. In the case of a cancellation on an order that file preparation for printing has started, you will be charged a $10 processing fee. If an order is cancelled after we have already pre-flighted your files and have shown you either an on-line proof or a hard-copy proof, you will be charged the applicable proof costs but not the processing fee.

If your merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within three business days after your package arrives for a return authorization shipping number. All return authorizations MUST be made within three business days of receipt of your order. Return Merchandise Authoriztion (RMA) requests should be sent using the original confirmation email we sent you for your jobs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Your returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund.

Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. CCS Printing reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Note: * All costs for proofing will be deducted from the cost of your complete order, once the proof has been approved and the final order is submitted for print.
