DIGITAL PRINTING

Weatherall provides state of the art digital printing services using an HP Indigo model 5500. The 5500 produces short run color and variable content pieces with offset press quality. Coupled with our direct mail department, we can also provide the most innovative form of direct mail marketing available. Through the HP digital technology we can change each image on every piece of direct mail, creating a truly personalized piece of mail. This level of personalization leads to unprecedented response rates and ROI.

 

LABELS

We offer you a full line of flexographic as well as thermal transfer roll labels on virtually any material you need. In addition to rolls or fanfolded labels, we can also provide sheet labels in long or short runs. Barcodes, consecutive numbering and computer pinfeed labels are available. In addition, our label manufacturing facility is recognized and approved by both Underwriters Laboratory and Canadian Underwriters Laboratory. We stock approximately 200 dies for many sizes and shapes.

 

MAILING

The final step in our total printing solution is fulfillment and mailing. We can inventory, package and mail or ship as required and when required. With the cost savings of automated mail preparation there is no need to ever worry about dealing with complicated, ever changing postal regulations.
